May 9, 2025 - Term Bill Due.
May 19, 2025 - Visiting Student Application Closes at 6:00 p.m.
May 27. 2025 - Summer Session I & 12-Week Session Begins.
May 27-28, 2025 - Add/Drop Period - Drops receive 100% refund, no "W" grade
May 29 - June 4, 2025 - Withdraw with a 50% Refund Period & "W" grade
June 5-27, 2025 - Withdraw with a $0 Refund Period & "W" grade
June 23, 2025 - Summer Session II Term Bill Due.
June 30, 2025 - Visting Student Application Closes at 6:00 p.m.
July 3, 2025 - Summer Session I Ends
July 7, 2025 - Summer Session II Begins.
July 7 -8, 2025 - Add/Drop Period - Drops receive a 100% refund, no "W" grade
July 9-15, 2025 - Withdraw with a 50% Refund Period & "W" grade
July 16 - August 6, 2025 - Withdraw with a $0 Refund Period & "W" grade
August 13, 2025 - Summer Session II & 12-Week Session End.

January 17, 2025 - Winter Session Ends
January 20, 2025 - Martin Luther Kind Jr. Day - University Offices Closed - No Classes
January 21, 2025 - Spring Semester Begins
January 21, 2025 - Summer Session online Schedule of Classes available for VIEW ONLY
January 30, 2025 - Last Day to ADD a class
January 30, 2025 - Last Day to DROP a class without a "W" grade
February 3, 2025 - Last Day to WITHDRAW from ALL classes and receive 100% refund
February 4-17, 2025 - Withdraw from all classes and receive 80% refund
February 18 - March 3, 2025 - Withdraw from all classes and receive 60% refund
February 10, 2025 - Summer Session Registration Begins
March 10, 2025 - Fall 2025 online Schedule of Classes available for VIEW ONLY
March 15 - 23, 2025 - Spring Break - University Offices Open - No Classes
March 24, 2025 - Last Day to WITHDRAW from a course and receive 40% refund with a "W" grade
March 27, 2025 - Fall Registration for Special Populations Begins
March 31 - April 4, 2025 - Fall Registration for all other Students Begins
May 6-7, 2025 - Reading Days
May 7, 2025 - Last Day to Fully WITHDRAW from the University (withdraw from all classes with a "W" grade)
May 8-14, 2025 - Final Exam Period
May 18, 2025 - Degree Conferral Date for May Graduates

September 12, 2024 – Last Day to ADD a class
September 12, 2024 – Last Day to DROP a class without a “W” grade
September 16, 2024 – Last Day to Withdraw from all classes and receive 100% refund
September 17-30, 2024 - Withdraw from all classes and receive 80% refund
October 1-14, 2024 - Withdraw from all classes and receive 60% refund
October 15-28, 2024 – Withdraw from a course and receive 40% refund with a W Grade
November 26, 2024 – Change in Designation of Classes (Thursday Classes Meet)
November 27, 2024 – Change in Designation of Classes (Friday Classes Meet)
December 13, 2024 – Last Day to Fully WITHDRAW from the University (withdraw from all classes with a W grade)
